How does your email deals list work?

We send out email notifications for limited-time deals and various other promotions a few times per week that may be of interest to you. Where does the product ship from?

All orders from TheCigarBully.com ship from our third-party logistics partner in Miami, Florida.  Their team has been shipping cigars for over 25 years across the U.S. 

Can you change an order placed online?

Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. However, our Customer Service team may be able to cancel the order and allow you to resubmit it. Or they can place an order for you, making the necessary changes. The time between the submittal and the packing of the order is extremely limited; be sure to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached at: customerservice@thecigarbully.com.

What are your shipping charges?

What States and/or Countries does TheCigarBully.com ship?

TheCigarBully ships within the continental U.S. except to Utah and Hawaii. We ship to Canada as well. Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Information for Shipments to Canada
  1. All shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Current ETA on all shipments to Canada is 10-20 business days. Please note: Customs can hold your shipment for up to 3 weeks before it clears. 
  2. Per Canadian Customs tobacco regulations, we can only ship 4 units of tobacco per physical USPS Priority Mail International box. A unit is defined as: 200 tobacco sticks (little cigars). For more information please visit: https://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/manual/PGcustoms-e.asp#1386018
  3. You must allow the first package of 3 cartons to be delivered before placing a new order.
  4. We successfully deliver regular shipments to Canada by following these guidelines.  Boxes are labeled from “MRCE, LLC” and all items are marked on the declaration form. Canadian consumers are responsible for paying any taxes or fees levied by Canadian Customs.
  5. Should you not wish to pay these fees, decline the package with the post office and contact our customer service department to inform us of the return shipment.  All refused and returned shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee and any shipping paid will not be refunded.
  6. Any free shipping promotions do not qualify for shipments to Canada
What are your shipping terms?

All shipments Freight on Board (FOB) Miami, FL. Risk of loss is on the Purchaser during transport and shipment. Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to the Purchaser in Miami, Florida, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser. By utilizing this service from Seller, Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser represents that he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.

How soon can I expect my order?

Expect to receive your cigar order between 2-7 business days (ground service) from the day it has been shipped. Please refer to the UPS transit map below. Shipments to Canada can take between 6-10 business days. Please note: we are not open on weekends, therefore any orders placed after business hours on Friday will not depart until the following Monday. This also includes all UPS air shipments. For example: An overnight order placed on Friday after 5:30 pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will not depart until Monday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery with UPS. If an order is overnight on Friday you will not receive it until Monday, the following business day.

Do you sell Cuban cigars?

Unfortunately not.  That would not be legal.  We offer a great selection of cigars manufactured in the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua and other places that we believe are just as good as any Cuban cigar and far better priced.

How does Veratad's Age Verification work?

Veratad's access to public records allows them to validate the information you provide and in some cases, depending on the nature of your purchase, present a series of multiple choice questions based on non-credit related ("out-of-wallet") historical facts about you as an individual. These facts are obtained by instantaneously scanning billions of public records from trusted data sources containing information that would not generally be found in your wallet if lost or stolen.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes. We will honor any competitor coupon that can be verified on that particular competitor's website. If it's real, we accept it - simple as that. In addition, if the coupon is from a magazine or catalog, you can scan it onto your computer and email it to customerservice@thecigarbully.com.

Do I pay taxes on my purchase?

We are required to collect a 7% Florida State Sales Tax or 6.25% Texas State Sales Tax for orders shipped anywhere within Florida and Texas. We do not add sales tax when shipping outside of Florida or Texas.

First Time Orders....

All first time orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card you are using. If you provide a different shipping address we will make every effort to contact you via phone or email in order to verify that we can ship to the billing address. After multiple failed attempts at contacting you, the order will be canceled. All orders placed via Paypal must ship to the verified address in Paypal with no exceptions.

Returns

Returns will only be authorized and accepted if the product arrives damaged. Product must be not missing any cigars to return for a full refund. All returns require a return authorization in advance. This can be obtained by contacting customerservice@thecigarbully.com.
